More than 7 days’ notice = Full refund
97 hours (about 4 days) to 7 days’ notice = 75% of trip refunded
73 to 96 hours (about 4 days)’ notice = 50% of trip refunded
49 to 72 hours (about 3 days)’ notice = 25% of trip refunded
0 to 48 hours (about 2 days)’ notice = 0% of trip refunded
Customers will receive a full refund or credit only for operator cancellations due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation option. NO-SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
